Making water reach all wuḍū’ organ’s parts

Q: For wuḍū’ to be correct, is it a condition that the water should flow over the whole hand, or is it sufficient that the hands are wiped with a wet hand?

A: The criterion for washing is that water should reach to every part of the hand, even if it is achieved by wiping with the hand, but the mere wiping with a wet hand is not sufficient.
